The project’s activities are organized into four distinct working packages.

Work package 1 “ Thematic exchange of knowledge and experience ”. Thematic seminars are organized in issues that are of general importance to all or many of the participating Euroregions. The seminars provide an opportunity for the sharing of knowledge and experience in on best practices.

Work package 2 “ Targeted capacity building for specific regions” . Specific needs of individual Euroregions will be addressed within one Euroregion at a time. The topics of the work package 2 arise from specific needs of specific Euroregions that have been carefully selected in preparation of the project application.

Work package 3 “ Strengthening the dialogue between Euroregions and central authorities”. In this WP t he Euroregions meet with the central authorities in their countries in order to have a dialogue in their national language about the issues accumulated in work packages 1 and 2.

Work package 4 “ Network durability tools” This WP will ensure the smooth flow of the project, as well as its continuity, through the project website, an e-library, the newsletters and the working group for the future of the project.

Activities in all four packages take place intermittently, which enables a continued accumulation and analysis of knowledge. Knowledge from work packages 1 and 2 are discussed within work package 3, and the discussions influence the contents of the following seminars in packages 1 and 2.
