The Baltic Sea Area cross-border cooperation (CBC) e-library provides you with an updated information on topics related to CBC in Europe and its borders with a special focus on the cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region. This includes information on projects, organisations involved in and funding agencies and programmes that support CBC activities in Europe.

The database is developed using wiki technology (the closest analogy is the Wikipedia) which means you are very welcome to add any relevant information and/or your thoughts and comments to this Baltic Sea CBC Wiki. This is easy. – On the e-library webpage you can edit texts by clicking on the "Edit" button on the right side.
