31 May-1 June seminar "Euroregions and Management of CBC Funds" was arranged in Umea, Sweden. The seminar was arranged in the framework of work package 1 of the BEN project, and it was jointly arranged by the Kvarken Council and the Kvarken-Mittskandia INTERREG III A programme.

Around 40 participants representing BEN partners participated in the seminar, which was mainly devoted to the praxices and possibilities for CBC structures/Euroregions to take part in the management of EU CBC programmes.
