8-9 December 2005 the seminar "Promoting Science and Innovation in Cross-Border Cooperation" took place in Tallinn. Seminar was organized by the Helsinki-Tallinn Euregio  in the framework of Work package 1 of BEN project. About 40 reprsentatives from different Euroregions, local and regional authorities, enterprises, universities, state authorities and non-governmental organizations around the Baltic Sea attended the seminar and shared experiences about use of science potential and innovative approach in cross-border projects.
